At Art of Rama, we are delighted to offer our unique, handcrafted wedding signs and decorative products to customers around the globe. We understand that your custom pieces are precious, and we take every measure to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully.
1. Order Processing Time
Production Time: As all of our products are customized and made to order, a specific production period is required before your item can be shipped. This timeline will be clearly stated on the product page and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Calculation: Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. You can view the final shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
Delivery Estimates: The estimated delivery time for your order will be provided at checkout. Please note that this is an estimate and does not include the production time for your custom product.
3. International Shipping
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are not included in the total cost of your order and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Art of Rama is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Customs Delays: Please be aware that customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. While we will provide you with tracking information, we have no control over the customs process in your country.
Incorrect Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Art of Rama is not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
4. Packaging & Handling
Given the delicate and often fragile nature of our products, we use specialized packaging to protect them during transit. Each item is securely wrapped to minimize the risk of damage.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey on the courier’s website.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damages: We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (within [Number, e.g., 48 hours] of delivery) with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement.
Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date and the tracking information shows it is delayed or lost, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Some countries may have specific restrictions on the import of certain goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their country’s customs regulations before placing an order. We cannot be held liable for orders that are seized or held by customs.
