3. Custom Orders & Design Approval
Design Process: For all custom orders, we will create a digital proof of the design for your approval. Production will not begin until you have provided written approval of this proof.
Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to carefully review the design proof for any errors, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, dates, and names. Art of Rama is not responsible for any errors found on the final product after the design proof has been approved by you.
Customization Limitations: While we strive to accommodate all requests, we reserve the right to decline any custom order that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
4. Pricing & Payment
